Well run hotel. Helpful staff and the GM tim went above and beyond. The breakfast is good and the beds were comfy. It's not real walkable to much but within a short drive to downtown warsaw and activities.
I love this hotel! It’s so clean in the room, hallway, and lobby. The staff really takes care of the place and it shows. Thank you! The coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day rather than have coffee makers in the rooms. I appreciate the efficiency of that and eliminating the need for all those single use plastics in the pods and k-cups. The staff is so friendly and the breakfast has a pancake maker! I used the pancake toppings including strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate chips. This was my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. This chain will now be the top of my list that I look for when I’m traveling. It was a great experience.
Please put more than TWO bath towels in your rooms. Hotel is very clean but it would be awesome if rooms had two chairs for couples traveling. I would definitely stay here rather than the Wyndham across the highway.
Modern awesome looking lobby and rooms. Very clean. Super soft and comfortable bedding and pillows. Pool table in the lobby for some added fun. Within a close distance to a lot of great local restaurants. Breakfast was great.
